Challenges with blogging in the workplace

The one pager looks good! I think Prof. Spang will give us the green light.
I was searching online for info on blogs and found a good blog highlighting some of the challenges involved with creating a corporate blog.
Some issues include:
Copyright issues, how to measure ROI, time employees spend at work blogging vs. servicing a client or business need, how do you enroll those who are not web savvy so the blog represents the entire firm and not just the computer geeks, does the blog need to be policed, etc.
Maybe we can include some info in the presentation on challenges faced in creating a workplace blog.
